state of emergency. Reports of 14 inches of snow in the Portland area are becoming frequent. And I am having a helluva time convincing Col that getting to the mountain is gong to be worth it in the storm. I wanna go ride!!!!!! Meg's brother got off the mountain and said he has never skiied that much pow before. WANT!
Col and I went XC skiing from our front door into Mac Forest last week and it has snowed here in corvallis nearly every day for a week (a bunch of warm rain yesterday melted it all away though). Before that I think we had about 5 inches persisting on the ground.
Winter is HERE!
